In addition to the design features, QLon kerfed weatherstripping is utilized around the door and glass openings and an adjustable threshold provides a weather-tight seal.  The designer ball bearing hinge has concealed grease fittings mortised into the door and frame.  A five-step automotive paint process includes  rust inhibitors and paint primers.
