Warp-age is any distortion in the door itself and does not refer to the relationship of the door to the jamb or frame in which it is hung. The term “warp-age” shall include bow, cup and twist. In measuring the amount of warp-age in a door, the following method shall be used: Bow, cup and twist shall be measured by placing a straightedge on the suspected concave face of the door at any angle (i.e. horizontally, vertically, diagonally), with the door in its installed position. The measurement of bow, cup and twist shall be made at the point of maximum distance between the bottom of the straightedge and the face of the door. If the claimed defect is warp-age, Clark Hall Doors Online, LLC may defer repairing or replacing the door for a period of up to twelve (12) months from the date of claim or the date when the door or window was installed, in order to permit conditioning and equalizing to humidity and temperature conditions. J) Damage due to trimming the door more than a 1/2” from the top or 1 1/2” from the bottom of the slab.

      5. All hardware locations, preparations, and methods of installation must be appropriate for the specific door.
      6. All doors 7' and under must have 3 hinges. Doors over 7' must have 4 hinges.

Clark Hall Doors Online, LLC warrants our insulated glass for a period of one (1) year from the date of manufacture of the insulated glass panel, against permanent failure of the hermetic seal, directly attributed to defective manufacturing, when such failure results in permanent obstruction of vision through the panel.

All unfinished custom doors must be finished/sealed on all six sides within three (3) days of delivery or the limited warranty becomes void.

The Custom Door Limited Warranty does not cover exposure to the elements before the door has been installed and finished. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure proper storage of the door after it has been delivered.

All custom doors must be inspected before they are signed for by recipient. It is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect the door for damage before it is signed for. • We will assess the level of damage
        • Can the door be repaired?
        • Does the door need to be replaced?
      • If the door can be repaired Clark Hall Doors Online, LLC will reimburse you for the cost of repair upon proof of damage and repair receipt(s).
      • If extensive damage has occurred and the door must be replaced DO NOT ACCEPT SHIPMENT AND LEAVE THE ITEM ON THE TRUCK.
        • Contact Clark Hall Doors Online, LLC immediately.
        • Once the door has been refused we will then proceed to investigate the matter with the shipping company to resolve the issue.
        • A replacement door will be put into production immediately upon return of the door to Clark Hall Doors Online, LLC.
        • If Clark Hall Doors Online, LLC determines that the returned door could have been repaired on site, rather than needing replacement, the client will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the repairs.

        • Wood doors can be cut to size, or cut for inserts, and resealed better than other materials.
        • Wood is an excellent insulating material. Its cellular structure has millions of trapped air cells that forms a natural barrier against heat and cold.
        • Wood doors do not get as hot on the face in the summer or as cold on the face in the winter.
        • Wood doors are easy to plane, whereas other materials would be difficult or impossible to plane.
        • Tests show that most air loss occurs around and not through a door.

Other materials can rust, delaminate or get an irreparable dent in its skin.
