- Door style or styles that you like from the website or any other pictures you have.

- Dimensions of your opening (Accuracy is essential for an accurate quote. If you are unsure about your dimensions call us and we will walk you through the measuring process. Before purchase we suggest that your builder/installer also measure the opening.

- Materials (Wrought Iron or Wood Species)

- Glass Type / If applicable

There is a "Save This Door" link on all of our door pages.

Once you click "Save This Door" you will be asked to open an account with us. It is free and you will not be asked to provide any credit card information. Once you have filled out all the fields you can continue to browse our door collections and add doors into your Clark Hall Doors Profile.

This profile can then be shared with anyone such as your builder or designer.

To Place an order please have access to your computer when you call.

Information you will need to have to place an order includes the following:

- Door style or styles that you like from the website or any other pictures you have.
- Dimensions of your opening
- Materials (Wrought Iron or Wood Species)
- Glass Type / If applicable
-Handing (Which way the door swings – see "How Do I Figure Out Handing For My Door?" below)
-Jamb size (width of wall – see "What Is The Jamb and How Do I Know What Size To Order?" below)
- Bore (door lockset prep – see "What Is The Bore On A Door" below)

We will also need a shipping and billing address as well as the contact name and number for receiving the door shipment.

We will send out an invoice reflecting all the door details, and request approval prior to placing your order in production.

For Custom doors we will provide a CAD (engineered drawing) of the door unit for your approval prior to production.

Ask our sales staff what hinge color options are available for the door you have selected.

The threshold sits at the base of the door and are adjustable to support a snug fit with the bottom of the door. Color options for your threshold may be available. Ask our sales staff.

Brick Mould is the woodwork or other material surrounding the door jamb to provide a finished look to the door. Our sales staff will be able to assist you in determining if additional brick mould is necessary for your order.

Your choice of door (In-Stock, Wrought Iron, etc) will determine your finishing options. Please ask our staff concerning what finishes are available to you.

Clear Glass: Maximum of 60" x 132"
Flemish, Rain, Glue Chip, Cotswold, Rolled, Baroque Glass: Maximum of 60" x 83"
Water, Hammered, Seedy, Antique, Reamy Glass: Maximum of 20" x 60"

To help you in the unloading of your curbside delivered door(s) we offer a lift-gate option on all of our product deliveries. The lift-gate is a mechanical platform on the rear of the delivery truck that can lower your door unit to the ground. This option prevents you from having to physically move the door from the truck to the ground. This option is available for most but not all delivery applications.

- For orders $4,000 and under, payment is expected in full at the time of order approval.

- For orders over $4,000 we accept 75% down at time of order approval and the remaining 25% is due at the time of shipment.

No charge is made to your card until we have received signed approval.

Once we have received a signed Invoice and CAD (if applicable) your card will be charged and the door unit will be put into production.
